Josh Sigurdson reports on the warnings by regulators that the grid is at an incredibly heightened risk of collapsing this winter with more stress on it in the winter than the summer despite the opposite usually being the case.
With lack of oil imports and collapsing global trade, there are already enough problems for the grid. Add in the fact that the overall American grid is over 70 years outdated and it becomes even worse of a problem.
